Designed for maximum power and torque, the turbo back 79 Series dual cab twin exhaust is one of the most thick and durable mandrel bent systems of its kind in Australia. Tried and tested in the toughest of Australian conditions, it is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and is up to 2mm thick to prevent cracking when traversing rough terrain. The three-bolt laser cut flanges are also manufactured from 304 grade steel, and are welded inside and out for extra strength to withstand heavy duty off-roading
Complete Manta “turbo back” or “DPF back” exhaust system – available in 3″ fully mandrel bent aluminised or stainless steel tubing, OR 4″ stainless steel.
The turbo back system does require a recalibration of the vehicle’s Engine Control Unit (ECU) to remove certain functions associated with the DPF system. This is intended for off-road or race use only.

Once you change to extractors off the side of the head, you will gain up to 10% improved performance just by letting the gasses flow out of the motor *. This allows the motor to work easier and you will see an improvement in performance and fuel economy.
We make our own extractors. We mandrel bend and manufacture our extractors using 2mm wall thickness tube. This reduces the likelihood of cracking and any other weaknesses in the pipe work. Unlike other suppliers who use pressed merge collectors we have found laser cut merge collectors to give the best strength and flow possible.
Upgrade your 76 / 78 / 79 Series Landcruiser’s factory airbox with a custom made Jacksons 4×4 aluminium airbox. Factory airboxes are known for not being a fully sealed unit, allowing contaminants to enter the engine whilst also reducing performance in some cases. We’ve teamed up with FFM fabrication to produce a fully sealed aluminium airbox to address these issues.

Fuel passes through this relatively coarse filter first before continuing on to the vehicle’s factory installed filter, then to the high pressure pump.
