79 Series ECU Remap

DPChip is an interactive computer which exploits the full potential of modern EFI diesel engines. Individual programming and re-mapping of the engine management system enables this simple to fit device to increase power by up to 25% and torque by up to 35%. DPChip alters fuel, timing and air characteristics to create smooth power gains.

Designed for maximum power and torque, the turbo back 79 Series dual cab twin exhaust is one of the most thick and durable mandrel bent systems of its kind in Australia. Tried and tested in the toughest of Australian conditions, it is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and is up to 2mm thick to prevent cracking when traversing rough terrain. The three-bolt laser cut flanges are also manufactured from 304 grade steel, and are welded inside and out for extra strength to withstand heavy duty off-roading

Our twin 4" stainless exhaust system is the most popular exhaust by far for the Toyota Landcruiser 70 series crowd. It is what we like to call the full GSL treatment because it produces the sound that we’ve worked so hard to achieve. Our twin 4" exhaust system is the OG when it comes to Landcruiser stainless systems. Plus, it’s the sexiest system on the market; twin exit, brushed 304 stainless steel with stainless steel flanges, 4" pipe, handmade and tig welded in shop. Which means our exhaust systems are completely Australian Made. 

Let your Naturally Aspirated car breathe! The factory manifold restricts the performance of your car. Once you change to extractors off the side of the head, you will gain up to 10% improved performance just by letting the gasses flow out of the motor *. This allows the motor to work easier and you will see an improvement in performance and fuel economy.

We make our own extractors. We mandrel bend and manufacture our extractors using 2mm wall thickness tube. This reduces the likelihood of cracking and any other weaknesses in the pipe work. Unlike other suppliers who use pressed merge collectors we have found laser cut merge collectors to give the best strength and flow possible.

Upgrade your 76 / 78 / 79 Series Landcruiser’s factory airbox with a custom made Jacksons 4×4 aluminium airbox. Factory airboxes are known for not being a fully sealed unit, allowing contaminants to enter the engine whilst also reducing performance in some cases. We’ve teamed up with FFM fabrication to produce a fully sealed aluminium airbox to address these issues.

With the popularity of performance upgrades using engine management and larger exhausts, Safari 4×4 Engineering took the decision to design a snorkel system that not only raised the air intake to prevent ingesting harmful elements to the vehicles air cleaner, but also would be able to deliver the necessary volume of air into the engine, therefore maximising the performance enhancements potential.

Year Model: 2007 – Current

Primary filters, sometimes called a pre filter are plumbed before the factory filter. Fuel passes through this relatively coarse filter first before continuing on to the vehicle’s factory installed filter, then to the high pressure pump. The filter media in a Diesel Care Fuel Manager primary fuel filter is rated at 30 micron.
